Please note that participation in this walk will require mandatory registration by the Deadline *** STRICTLY NO EXCEPTIONS ***
NBHC welcomes the community for our Annual Wellness Yatra (Walk).
This is a Social walk from any one of the locations below to the
Sri Shakti Temple (220 Stanley Street, Petaluma, 94952).
You can park the car at the start of the trail and walk to the Temple.
Volunteers will provide you a ride back to your car.
This event will be on Saturday, April 11th, 2026 from 2:30 PM onwards, depending on the trail you choose.
Trail Information:
2:30 PM - Penngrove Market ,10070 Main St, Penngrove, Petaluma, CA (6 miles)
3:30 PM - Prince Park, 2301 E Washington St., Petaluma, CA (3 miles)
4:00 PM PDT - Lucchesi Park, 320 N McDowell Blvd., Petaluma, CA (2 miles)
Parking is available at all three location addresses.
There will be signs on the trail to help with directions to the Temple.
There will be Minivans/Cars available for ride back from the Temple to the parking lots for participants from 6:15 pm onwards .
IPlease dress comfortably and be prepared for rain or shine. We suggest you dress with comfortable walking shoes, have an umbrella or rain jacket, and carry a water bottle. There will be volunteers on the trail with emergency items such as a first aid kit and water bottles.

Will there be markers on the trail path to guide?
Yes, there will be chalk arrows on the trail.
Will there be volunteers on the path? How to identify?
Yes, there will be bike patrols along the way to guide. They will be wearing pink or blue T-shirts with Sri Shakti Temple name tags.
3. Can I opt out from the pictures that may be shared in social media?
Yes, Volunteers will not be taking pictures of participants during the walk.
4. Are Pets allowed on the walk?
Yes, pets are allowed as long as the Petaluma leash laws are followed. However, pets are not allowed inside the Temple. Pets will be accommodated for the ride back to the starting point
