NBHC Temple Project - Moving Forward Together
Dear North Bay Family,
We would like to share a brief update on our search for a permanent home for our Temple and Community Center.
After careful consideration, the Santa Rosa Church property is no longer under consideration. Despite our best efforts to negotiate terms that would work within our financial capacity, the overall cost and terms of the transaction made it difficult for us to move forward, and we have therefore decided not to pursue the property.
We also explored another opportunity—a medical office building in Rohnert Park. However, the zoning approvals, renovations required to make the property suitable, financial terms, and timeline involved make this opportunity challenging at this time. We have therefore placed this option on hold.
While these opportunities have not worked out, our vision remains strong, and our search continues for a property that is centrally located and well suited to the needs of our Temple and community.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has pledged their support toward making this Temple a reality. Your trust, generosity, and encouragement mean so much to us.
As we continue this journey, we sincerely hope we can count on your continued support when the right opportunity presents itself. Together, we can turn this vision into a lasting home for our community and future generations.
