Welcome the Festival Season

As we enter the Fall season, we begin our Festival celebrations with the Flagship Event for our Temple, mainly the Nine Days festival of Navrathri observed in honor of goddess Durga, an aspect of Adi Parashakti, the supreme goddess and our Primary Deity.

This year the Navrathri festival begins on Sun, Oct 11, 2026 and concludes on Mon, Oct 19, 2026.

As in the years past, our plans for the festival this year includes:

  • Keeping the Temple OPEN on all the 9 days (5:30 - 7:30 PM) with chanting sessions starting at 6 PM (in-person only, no ZOOM broadcast)

  • Golu (a festive display of dolls and figurines) at the Temple premises.

  • Durga Puja will be celebrated on Sun, Oct 18, 2026 (5:30 PM)

Navarathri – Celebrating the Divine Mother 🌺

“O Divine Mother, You are the source of all auspiciousness and the fulfiller of all our aspirations. You are our refuge, the three-eyed Gauri, and the Divine Narayani. We offer our humble salutations to You.”

Navarathri, meaning “nine nights,” celebrates Shakti, the Divine Feminine energy. Each day honors one of the nine forms of Goddess Durga, known as the Navadurga. Together, these forms represent a spiritual journey from strength and devotion to courage, compassion, purity, wisdom, and spiritual fulfillment.
