Pran Pratishta Ceremony, Sat, Jul 12, 2025, 5:30 PM

North Bay Hindu Center will be be performing the Pran Pratishta ceremony (Installation of the New Idols).

Pran Pratishta  ceremony is of great significance in the Hindu religion. It is basically calling the great Gods to add their Essence and their Divine Presence into the murtis (idols). It is supposed to consecrate the establishment of the spiritual link between the Divine and the Physical representation of the deity

The inauguration of these new idols is more than a ceremonial event—it is a symbol of our collective growth and spiritual resilience.

The program for the day includes:

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM Homam

7:00 PM - 7:30 PM Abhishekam

7:30 PM - 8:00 PM Aarti & Idol Reveal

8:00 PM - 8:30 PM Prasadam
