GLP is an interactive session that explains how the sciences of yoga and ayurveda may be applied to our lives to achieve optimal health and happiness. Led by Dr. Ram Rao, this session (Sunday, October 4) focuses on Balanced Emotions + Active Awareness = Calm Mind. Sessions are the first Sunday of every month at 11 AM.
