The North Bay Hindu Center will celebrate Varalakshmi Vratam on Friday morning, August 25 from 9:15 to 11:15 AM. This is only a virtual event and not available at the temple.

Please note:

• Temple suggested donation for puja - $51
• Priest Dakshina per your choice via Zelle (instructions provided via confirmation email)
• Deadline to register - this Thu Aug 24 at 12 PM
• Puja material kit must be picked up by Thu Aug 24 by 6:30 PM in coordination with our Novato and Petaluma contacts

The puja will be conducted via Zoom by Pandit Viswanathan in a guided format. You will receive instructions via what materials to collect and the zoom link once you register for the event.

In honor of the goddess of prosperity, Lakshmi, Varalakshmi Vratam is a puja primarily performed by married women for their family's well-being. Varalakshmi is the manifestation of Lakshmi who grants boons (varam).
